The calendar has flipped to March which can only mean one thing: College baseball is in full swing. Former Rays players of all Divisions are taking the field across the country. Here are some highlights from Rays alums from Week 3 of the college baseball season.

ASHTON MICHEK turned in another impressive performance on the mound for Augustana. The sophomore lefty went 6 innings, scattering two hits with no earned runs to go along with eight strike outs in a win over Drury. On the season, Michek is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA.

Lawrence junior QUINN BERGLIN went five innings, allowing al one hit while striking out eight in the Vikings win over Wisconsin Lutheran. Berglin earned the win and now has 12 strike outs in nine innings on the season. Berglin also contributed three hits at the dish.

Kent State freshman DOMINIC KIBLER belted his first career homer for the Golden Flashes. Kibler finished the weekend 4-for-14 with five RBIs, five runs scored, a double and five walks with two stolen bases.

CUYLER ZUKOWSKI hit his first career homer for Creighton in their win over Air Force. Zukowski finished the weekend 2-for-6 with three runs scored and three RBIs to go along with two walks.

Milwaukee senior left-hander ADRIAN MONTILVA went 6.2 innings allowing two hits, zero earned runs with four strikeouts. Montliva now features a 1.76 ERA in 15.1 innings on the season. THOMAS OTTO contributed a double and an RBI for the Panthers.

Kansas senior outfielder JOHN NETT turned in a web gem when he leaped up at the wall and brought back a would-be home run. Nett finished the weeken 4-for-13with two doubles, three RBIs and five runs scored for the Jayhawks.

St. Thomas junior BRIGS RICHARTZ continued his hot start at the plate going 5-for-12 with a triple, four RBIs, three runs scored and three walks. On the season, Richartz is hitting .444.

OWEN WASHBURN collected his third homer of the season in Texas Tech’s sweep of Gardner Webb. The Red Raider junior is now hitting .378 on the year.

CAL McGINNIS went 6-for-20 with five runs scored, two doubles and three RBIs for Evansville against Indiana Purdue-Fort Wayne.

MARCUS CLINE went 3-for-9 with four RBIs, three runs scored and two walks for Tulane in their sweep of Yale. Cline is hitting .323 on the season.

DAVIS HAMILTON had a hit in all three games for North Dakota State as they visited Oregon State. Fellow Rays alum JAKE SCHAFFNER had three hits, one double and is now hitting .345 on the year.

Illinois-Chicago right-hander REECE LAWLER turned in a perfect inning with a strikeout against Ohio. Lawler now has six strike outs in six innings this season.

JOSH COTTRILL earned his second win of the season as he went five innings, scattering six hits, allowing a lone earned run with three strike outs at Elon.

JOSH CARON collected three hits and two RBIs for Nebraska at College of Charleston.

MATTHEW DePREY went 4-for-15 with three doubles, four runs scored and two RBIs to go along with four walks for Xavier.

MAC VESPERMAN notched his first career hit for Edgewood.

AARON JUNGERS went 1.2 innings in two appearances for Lindenwood. Jungers allowed zero hits with two strikeouts against Bradley and Omaha.

EDISON ALONSO went 2-for-3 with two doubles while NIC NOWAK went 3-for-7 for Madison College in their season-opening win.

JUSTIN GORSKI went 1-for-3, while collecting his first collegiate hit for Miami (OH).

BRADY JURGELLA went 1-for-5 with a double, four runs scored and an RBI for Minnesota.
