With College Baseball entering the home stretch, Rays alums continue to produce. One former Ray had a monster week, while others turned in career performances. Here are some of the highlights from this past week for Rays alums:

JOHN NETT turned in a monster week as the St. Cloud State senior went 16-for-24 with a homer, two doubles, seven RBIs and 10 runs scored. Nett also stole five bases. On the season, Nett is Top-5 nationally in batting average, hitting .467. Nett has 3+ hits in each of his last four games.

MASON KIRCHBERG homered twice for UW-Oshkosh in their weekend split with UW-La Crosse. Kirchberg also doubled and drove in seven runs on the weekend. The homers were Kirchberg’s 8th and 9th on the season. In the other dugout, ANTHONY VIVIAN had three hits, had two doubles and had three RBIs. JACK OLVER went 6-for-18 with two runs scored and two RBIs.

MASON COYLE went 6-for-17 with a double, three runs scored and six RBIs for St. Mary’s, Minn. Coyle is now batting .338 on the season.

DYLAN O’CONNELL had a career weekend going 7-for-17 with two triples, four RBIs and five runs scored. The St. Thomas freshman also stole two bases.

JAKE BERG homered while going 4-for-5 and scoring four runs for Lipscomb.

CAM CRATIC helped Missouri State to their eight-straight win. the senior went 6-for-16 with three RBIs and two runs scored. Cratic is now batting .300 on the year.

KOLTON SCHALLER belted a mammoth homer for Kent State in their sweep of Ohio. Schaller finished 4-for-10 with three RBIs and three runs scored and is now hitting .380 on the season.

JOSH CARON homered while going 5-for-13 for Nebraska in the Cornhuskers in their sweep of Minnesota. Caron had four RBIs. It was Caron’s fifth homer of the season.

MATTHEW DePREY extended his hitting streak to seven games. DePrey hit his 11th homer of the season for Xavier and is hitting .317 on the year.

ASHTON MICHEK threw 5.1 innings, allowing no earned runs and striking out three for Augustana. Michek has a 2.79 ERA on the year.

THEO ZEIDLER had a career outing for Bradley. The freshman went 8 innings, scattering four hits, allowing a lone earned run while striking out five vs. UIC.

QUINN BERGLIN went seven innings, allowed five hits and a lone earned run for Lawrence vs. Knox.

BENNETT FRAZER went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored for UW-Whitewater vs. Carthage.

JIMMY JUERGENSEN homered for Concordia, Wis. vs. Lakeland.

CADE BUNNELL belted two homers for the Mississippi Braves at Biloxi.

DANNY JANSEN homered twice for the Blue Jays in their win over the White Sox.
